At FreonMarketshop, we want every order to arrive safely and reliably. To give customers extra peace of mind during delivery, we offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout.

When selected, Shipping Protection helps cover eligible shipping-related issues that may occur while your order is in transit, including certain lost, damaged, or delivery-problem cases.

Shipping Protection applies only to the order for which it was purchased and is subject to the terms below.

When Shipping Protection is purchased, your order may be covered for eligible shipping-related issues, including:

Lost Packages: Coverage may apply if the carrier confirms that the package was lost in transit.

Damaged Products: Coverage may apply if the product is damaged during shipping and valid proof is provided.

Delivery Issues: Coverage may apply for certain unexpected delivery problems that occur while the package is in transit.

Shipping Protection does not cover issues caused by incorrect shipping information, refused deliveries, unauthorized address changes, customer error, or situations outside the approved coverage terms.

  1. How to Purchase

Shipping Protection may be selected during checkout. The protection fee will be added to your order total before payment is completed.

Please note that Shipping Protection applies per order and only covers the products included in that specific order.

If your order is lost, damaged, or affected by a delivery issue, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us review your claim, you may be asked to provide the following information:

Your tracking number

Photos of damaged products or packaging, if applicable

After receiving the required information, we will review your claim and provide further instructions.

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period of time, or if the carrier confirms that the shipment was lost in transit, we will review the case and may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution depending on the situation and product availability.

If your product arrives damaged, please keep the original packaging and contact us promptly.

Photos of the product, outer box, shipping label, and damaged area may be required to process the claim.

Claims submitted without clear supporting proof may be delayed or denied.

If your order has not yet shipped, you may contact us to cancel Shipping Protection and request a refund of the protection fee.

Once an order has shipped, Shipping Protection cannot be canceled or refunded.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier without supporting evidence of loss

Refused packages or failed delivery due to customer unavailability

Damage caused after delivery

Unauthorized returns

Any issue not directly related to transit damage or loss

Why does the weight shown by FedEx differ from the weight listed on the website?

The weight we declare to FedEx for shipping purposes may be slightly lower than the actual weight of the package. The actual product weight is always as listed on our website. Please refer to the website for accurate weight information.

Is the product just an empty iron canister or does it contain refrigerant gas?

The product is refrigerant gas, securely filled and sealed inside a durable iron cylinder. The cylinder serves only as the container, while the actual product you are purchasing is the gas itself.

How long does shipping take, and where do you ship to?

All orders are shipped free of charge via FedEx. We process and ship orders within 24 hours from our U.S. warehouse (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays). Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Do I need an EPA certification to purchase this product?

No, you do not need an EPA certification to purchase refrigerant from us. However, please note that filling, handling, or charging refrigerant into HVAC systems must be performed by a licensed professional with the proper EPA certification. This ensures compliance with federal regulations and guarantees safe and proper use of the product.

Can I get a better price if I order multiple items?

Absolutely! For bulk orders, please contact us via email or WhatsApp to receive special discounted pricing. We are happy to provide personalized quotes for larger purchases.

Can I return the product after purchase?

Due to safety and regulatory reasons, refrigerant cylinders cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped. If your product is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately and we will provide the best possible resolution.

Is the refrigerant new or reclaimed gas?

All of our refrigerants are 100% brand new, factory-sealed, and never reclaimed. We do not sell or distribute recycled or repurposed gas.
