If your order has not shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has shipped, changes may not be possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Most orders are shipped within 24 business hours on weekdays. Orders placed on Friday, weekends, or holidays may take a little longer to process.

After shipment, delivery usually takes about 2–4 business days, depending on the destination and carrier schedule.

Orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse.

Yes. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided so you can monitor the delivery status.

The weight shown on the shipping label may be a pre-declared carrier shipping weight. The actual product received should match the product you ordered.

Orders are normally processed on business days. Weekend or holiday carrier pickup may not be available.

Yes. Safety Data Sheets and product catalogs can be viewed or downloaded from our SDS & Catalogs page.

If a product requires the customer to charge the system with refrigerant, certification may be required depending on applicable regulations. Our product is pre-charged, so you may place the order directly. However, installation should be handled by a qualified professional installer to ensure safe and proper use.

Refrigerants are not always interchangeable. Please check your system requirements and consult a qualified HVAC technician before use.

Returns, Protection & Support

Please contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Do not discard the packaging before the issue is resolved.

Yes. Optional Shipping Protection may be available at checkout through our third-party shipping protection partner, Xcotton. It helps cover eligible lost, damaged, or delivery-related issues during transit.

Due to the special nature of refrigerant products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the order has shipped, unless the product is defective or damaged during transit.
